                <p>Removes the uncertainty and confusion of which type of extinguisher to use on different types of fire. Speed of extinguishing reduces likelihood of injury, minimises unnecessary damage to property and most importantly helps save lives.</p>
                <p>There are different classes of fires, and using the wrong type of extinguisher can be ineffective or even dangerous. The classes are:</p>

                  <li>Class A: Ordinary combustibles like wood, paper, and cloth.</li>
                  <li>Class B: Flammable liquids, oils, and greases.</li>
                  <li>Class C: Electrical fires.</li>
                  <li>Class D: Combustible metals.</li>

                <p>A standard multi-purpose fire extinguisher labeled as ABC is common and can handle Class A, B, and C fires. However, it might not be suitable for Class D or K fires.
