		  <p><strong>Animal Caretaker: </strong>Animal caretakers in Gaushalas are responsible for the daily care and well-being of the cows. This includes feeding, grooming, providing medical care, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for the animals.</p>

		  <h5>Veterinarian:</h5>
		  <p>Veterinarians in Gaushalas provide crucial medical care to the cows, diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing surgeries, and advising on overall herd health management.</p>

      <h5>Animal Nutritionist:</h5>
		  <p>Animal nutritionists develop and manage feeding programs to ensure that the cows receive proper nutrition. They create balanced diets that cater to the specific needs of the animals.</p>

      <h5>Farm Manager:</h5>
		  <p>Farm managers oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gaushala, including staffing, budgeting, and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained.</p>

      <h5>Education and Outreach Coordinator:</h5>
		  <p>Gaushalas often engage in educational and outreach activities to raise awareness about cow welfare and related cultural and environmental issues. Coordinators plan and execute these programs.</p>

      <h5>Fundraising and Development Manager:</h5>
		  <p>Fundraising and development managers are responsible for securing donations and grants to support the Gaushala's operations and expansion.</p>

      <h5>Volunteer Coordinator:</h5>
		  <p>Volunteer coordinators manage and engage volunteers who contribute their time and skills to the Gaushala. They ensure that volunteers are effectively utilized and trained.</p>

      <h5>Advocacy and Policy Specialist:</h5>
		  <p>Some Gaushalas engage in advocacy efforts related to cow protection and welfare. Specialists in this role work on policy initiatives and collaborate with government agencies.</p>

      <h5>Environmental and Sustainability Coordinator:</h5>
		  <p>As part of their mission, some Gaushalas focus on sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation. Coordinators in this role work to implement eco-friendly practices.</p>
