              <h2><span>Procedure</span> Admission Procedure</h2>
              
                  <p>Admission to the School is open to boys and girls aged 3 to 16 for day boarders and 9 to 16 regardless of social status, religion, or nationality. Applications are accepted for children seeking entry into LKG for day boarders, as well as Classes V, IX, and XI, subject to registration. Applications are processed and children are invited for an entrance test/interviews only if there are available vacancies. However, no admissions are granted for Class X and XII. Please note that registration for a specific year is non-transferable to any other year.</p>
                  <p>Registration forms, along with the prospectus for all classes, can be obtained from the school office. Completed registration forms should be sent by post or mail to the School. The child's registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the appropriate fee paid via a Demand Draft made payable to Blooms Education Society, Distt. Mandi, at the State Bank of India, Mandi. Additionally, a photocopy of the child's birth certificate and, if applicable, a Transfer Certificate from the previous school are required during the admission process. Admission to the school occurs in February for classes V, IX, XI, and in April for other classes. For classes V and VII, admission is contingent upon the results of an entrance examination and an interview. Given the School's physical demands and curriculum, the School reserves the right to decline admission to children who, in the opinion of the School's Resident Medical Officer, may face significant challenges in coping with the physical requirements of the School.</p>
                  <h3>Below are the documents required along with the Admission Form:</h3>

                  <ul>
                     <li>The admission of a child implies the parent/guardian's complete acceptance of all School Rules currently in effect or as amended by the School at its discretion. It is essential for the School Office to have the parent's updated postal address. Offers of admission have specific deadlines and will expire automatically if all required formalities are not completed by the specified date.</li>

                     <li>The Principal has full authority to determine the admission and assignment of students to specific sections of the class.</li>
     
                     <li>Admissions are granted based on interviews/entrance examinations. The student's merit is the sole criterion for selection.</li>
                  </ul>

                  <h3>The following documents are required for admission:</h3>
                  <ul>
                     <li>School leaving certificate.</li>
                     <li>Photocopy of the report card from the last attended class.</li>
                     <li>Two passport-size photographs.</li>
                     <li>Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Committee or Gram Panchayat</li>
                     <p>Please note that the School reserves the right to decline admission or re-admission without providing any explanation. The decision of the Principal is considered final. All newly admitted children will be placed on a one-year probation period, during which both the parents and the School will evaluate whether the child should continue their education at the School.</p>
                  </ul>
                  <h3>DISCIPLINE COMMITTEES</h3>
                  <p></p>
                  <p>All incidents of bullying, physical assault, ragging, smoking, alcohol consumption, etc., are handled with utmost seriousness within the school. It is important to note that the following individuals serve as members of the Discipline Committees, responsible for investigating such cases and recommending appropriate actions against those found guilty. This information is provided for general awareness and transparency.</p>
                  <h3>Notes for New Admission Formalities</h3>
                  <p><span>Parents are required to complete the following admission formalities.</span>
                 </p>
                  <ul>
                     <li><b>Payment of Dues:</b> All outstanding fees must be settled through a Demand Draft made payable to Blooms' Education Society, Mandi, and payable at the State Bank of India. Cash payments will not be accepted. NRI fees must be paid in US dollars.</li>
                     <li><b>Personal Information Record Form:</b>Please complete this form in duplicate and submit it to the School Office on or before the admission date. You can download the format from our website.
                     </li>
                     <li><b>Medical Proforma:</b> This form should be completed in duplicate. One copy will be retained by the parent after being countersigned by the School's Resident Medical Officer (RMO). The other copy will be kept by the School RMO upon admission. Admission is contingent upon the child being declared medically fit by the School RMO. You can download the format from our website.</li>
                     <li><b>Indemnity Bond:</b> An indemnity bond must be executed between the School and the Parent. This document can be obtained from the School Office and will be signed on the day of admission.</li>
                     <li><b>Transfer Certificate:</b> The School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate from the previous institution must be signed by the Head of the Institution and countersigned by an officer of authority, such as the District Inspector of Schools, Deputy Director of Education, or Education Officer from the respective State/Union Territory. For students studying in CBSE Schools, the transfer certificate will be countersigned by the Regional Officer of the Board or the relevant authorities. No child will be admitted without presenting a duly countersigned Transfer Certificate.</li>
                     <li><b>Date of Birth Certificate:</b> Please provide an attested copy of the Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Birth and Deaths, if available, as proof of the child's date of birth.</li>
                  </ul>
                  <h3>School Fee</h3>
                  <p></p>
                  <p>All payments should be made through a Demand Draft made in favor of "The Blooms Education Society, Mandi" and payable at the State Bank of India. We do not accept payments by cheque. If the draft is payable at a branch other than State Bank of India, the following collection charges must be added: Up to Rs. 10,000, Rs. 5 per Rs. 1,000. Our banker's details are as follows: State Bank of India, Mandi, Account Number: 11056320311, Blooms Education Society, Mandi. </p>
                  <p><strong>Please note that the School Office is closed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and other public holidays as specified by the state of Himachal Pradesh.</strong></p>
