<h3>General Information</h3>
 <p>Prosperity Drugs Pvt. Ltd. manufactures a wide range of pharmaceutical formulations. It is primarily engaged in manufacturing of Cephalosporin, Lactam and General formulations.PLANT IS LOCATED ON BADDI – NALAGARH ROAD, HIMACHAL PRADESH  45 KM AWAY FROM CHANDIGARH</p>

<h3>Qualification, Validation and Calibration </h3>
<p>Qualification of any new equipment received on site is subject DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ qualification. After successful qualification only the equipment is taken for further use.Validation is carried out according to a written and approved validation protocol.
The protocol defines the critical variables to be assessed at each stage in the process together with the acceptance criteria to be met.Validation is carried out on three consecutive batches.Calibration of equipments and instruments used in Manufacturing process and analysis are carried out on regular intervals as per the SOP and schedule. </p>

<h3>Stability Studies</h3>
<p>The Accelerated and Long Term stability studies of new products and first three commercial batches are carried out as per ICH guidelines and SOP.Environment chambers  40±2 ºC  & 75±5% RH for Accelerated stability studies and 30±2 ºC & 75±5% RH for Long Term stability studies are available.</p>

<h3>Training</h3>
<p>Training is carried per SOP and program is carried out as per training calendar. Training program pertaining to Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Laboratory Practice, Personal hygiene, Safety and Occupational health.The help of external training faculty is taken as and when required.Induction training is imparted to new employees and on job training is given to the persons working in each department.Retraining needs are identified by conducting written/oral evaluations.Training records are maintained in the form of individual training records/files.</p>

<h3>WATER SYSTEM SANITIZATION</h3>
<p>The pre treatment water system like sand filter, carbon filter is cleaned frequently. Anion, Cation and Mixed bed are regenerated and sanitised on regular basis. 
The water storage tanks are cleaned monthly.Purified Water distribution system is sanitized once in a week or when the chemical test results exceed the specified alert limits whichever is earlier and parallel microbial test are also done. The water system is sanitized as per the sanitization procedure and records are being maintained.</p>
