Abstract

Customer relationship management (CRM) has become the key word in all marketing organizations & banking sector is no exception to it. This paper endeavors to highlight the immediate connection between CRM and the Banking Sector and saving money benefits essentially to the retail segment. The need is to comprehend that in this day and age of globalization not a solitary bank whether, private, co- agent or national can bear to disregard their potential clients. Now a days keeping up and creating client relations has turned into the mantra of achievement in this day and age of ferocious rivalry.
