Abstract

Present communication deals with new records of Crossopriza lyoni, the Tailed Cellar Spider, belonging to family Pholcidae under order Araneae and class Arachnida, from Azamgarh, Fatehpur Sikri and Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India) with systematic account, distribution, habitat, web, food & feeding, life-cycle, life-span, venom, self-defence and as being potential pest controllers.
